The 730+UV106FM Double-Sided UV Curing Return Line is an advanced turnkey solution engineered for manufacturers requiring complete top and bottom side PCB protection with the unparalleled speed of UV curing technology and maximum floor space efficiency. This innovative integrated line features two HP-730 selective coating machines, two UV106FM UV curing ovens, an automatic flipping mechanism, and a vertical return conveyor system that enables continuous double-sided processing within a compact footprint.
Precision Coating Process
The line begins with a front-section elevator that positions boards at the optimal height for entry into the automatic feeding conveyor. PCBs then proceed through a carefully orchestrated upper-level sequence: first, they enter the first HP-730 coating machine for precise A-side application of UV-curable conformal coating with ±0.02mm repeatability. After leveling on a sealing inspection conveyor—allowing the UV material to self-level for optimal surface quality—boards move into the first UV106FM UV Curing Oven for initial curing in seconds.
Automated Double-Sided Processing
A flipping machine then automatically inverts each board with exact registration, preparing it for B-side processing. The second HP-730 applies bottom side UV coating with the same precision, followed by leveling and final curing in the second UV106FM oven. After complete double-sided processing, boards enter a rear elevator that vertically transfers them down to a lower-level return conveyor.
Space-Efficient Return System
This return track transports finished boards back to the front of the line beneath the primary processing level, where a front-section elevator lifts them to the original height for manual sampling inspection and removal at the automatic feeding station. This vertical return design effectively doubles production capacity within a single linear footprint, while UV technology delivers 300-500% faster curing than thermal alternatives.

Operational Process Sequence
1. Manually place the PCBA boards to be coated (component side up) into the automatic feeding conveyor.
2. The boards are transferred from the automatic feeding conveyor into the conformal coating machine for top side (A-side) spraying. After coating, the PCBA boards enter a sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling.
3. The boards then proceed into the infrared curing oven for curing. After curing, they enter the flipping machine for board inversion.
4. Following inversion, the boards enter the coating machine for bottom side (B-side) spraying. After coating, the PCBA boards enter a sealing inspection conveyor for buffering and leveling.
5. The boards then proceed again into the UV curing oven for final curing. After curing, they enter an automatic elevator for vertical transfer down to the lower-level return conveyor.
6. The boards are transported via the return conveyor to the front-section elevator, then transferred to the automatic feeding conveyor for manual sampling inspection and removal.
