Advanced Motion Control System

At the core of the HP-T6441-2 is its advanced motion control system. Driven by precision stepper motors and high-rigidity synchronous belts, the machine achieves a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm across its X, Y1, Y2, and Z axes.

The Dual Y workbench design allows operators to load and unload PCBs on one platform while the other is actively coating, effectively doubling productivity compared to single-table machines.

Precision Atomizing Technology

The machine is equipped with the H-905 Precision Atomizing Valve, a high-performance valve capable of low-pressure atomization. This technology ensures a fine, uniform spray with exceptional precision—spray accuracy in confined areas can reach within 1mm, effectively eliminating issues like bubbling and pitting.

It supports a wide range of coatings with a viscosity of 50-1500 CPS and is ideal for complex PCBs requiring selective coating.
